Ignite's Military Bootcamps are comprehensive high intensity military style outdoor training program’s designed for all ages and fitness levels.
Each program is a four week course with 12 sessions of fun intensive training that guarantees serious results FAST by incorporating a combination of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, resistance, speed and agility exercises. It is a unique way to jump start your fitness and catapults you into rapid energized results.
You will perform activities including:
BFA = Basic Fitness Assessment to gauge "where you are at" before, during and at the end of the course
Squad Running, pack marching, stair climbs, soft sand interval jogging and hill training
Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, prone & lateral bridging, military circuits, boxercise, rifle drills and team strength challenges
Specifically designed Mission Days to challenge the individual and team to achieve a set objective.
